Amy Langdahl, LMHC

About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who specializes in teens and young adults struggling with an array of mental health concerns.

I believe that everyone has their own unique story that is worthy of being told. Some stories hurt more than others and I aim to offer a non-judgmental, safe environment for all who seek my services.

I have worked within the mental health field since 2013 in different positions based in non-profit therapeutic centers, emergency shelters for teens, community mental health, and private practice.

I believe that my experiences as well as my education have equipped me to work with a variety of individuals in numerous therapeutic capacities. I will adjust my approach based on your needs, expectations, background, and situation to help you succeed in anyway possible.
