Services

I understand that taking the first step in seeking counseling can be intimidating, overwhelming and unknown. I strive to meet you where you are at and work on making the transition as natural and comfortable as possible.

Counseling focuses.

I offer individual therapy sessions for the following topics:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Emotional regulation

  • Peer relationships

  • Low self-esteem

  • Adjustment difficulties

  • Family conflict

  • Relationship issues

  • Self-harm and suicidality

  • Coping skills

  • Academic underachievement

  • Stress

  • Grief and loss

How to get started.

Once you are ready to make the step towards starting therapy we will schedule an intake session. This is the session in which we both have the opportunity to learn about one another. I believe it is important that the decision to work together is mutual in an effort to best serve your needs and make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Fees & Forms.

  • 30- minute initial intake session: $100

  • 50-minute individual session: $155

  • 50- minute couples & family session: $185

  • At this time I am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider for all insurance panels. It will be helpful for you to contact your insurance provider to see what your OON mental health benefits are.

  • I am not currently billing insurance directly- if you want to use insurance I will be more than happy to provide you with a super-bill that you can directly submit to your insurance provider which can be applied to your deductible and/or for potential reimbursement.

  • All forms will be available on the client portal system once the initial intake session has been scheduled.

Good Faith Estimate.

Effective January 1st, 2022, Congress passed the No Surprise Act to help protect people from unexpectedd healthcare costs. Luckily, therapeutic services are known upfront and you get to determine the frequency and duration of your care.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit: www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call HHS’s toll free number 1-800-985-3059.
